The office sits on the Northwest Freeway, in Medical Office Building 2. Parking is available on site.

A future Woodlands location will open after the Cypress office launch. Details will be added here when that office is ready to see patients.

Standard Office Hours Are:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Closed Saturday and Sunday

Online appointment requests are usually handled during normal business hours.

For Current Patients

If you are already a patient of Dr. Libby and have a question about:

Some questions require a follow-up visit so Dr. Libby can examine you, review updated tests, and adjust your plan safely.



For Referring Physicians

Riverstone Urology welcomes referrals from primary care, OB-GYN, oncology, and other specialists.

For referrals, you can:

Call the office at (281) 822-4900 and let the staff know you are a referring office

Fax referral notes, demographics, and recent labs or imaging reports to (281) 779-4500

If you prefer, you can note “urgent” on the referral fax for patients who need faster evaluation, such as suspected obstruction, fever with stone disease, or concerning hematuria.

Chest pain
Trouble breathing
Sudden weakness, confusion, or trouble speaking
High fever with severe pain
Inability to urinate
Severe pain that does not improve

If you believe you need urgent attention for a urologic problem during office hours, call the office. If you call after hours, the phone message will give instructions for urgent issues.
